History

Established in 1992 SCATH centre was unfortunately closed till 1998.

The Diocese of Lodwar reopened the centre in 2001, and managed by Mr. Ben Janssen.

Franciscan Missionaries of Mary took over management in the 3rd quarter 2001.

The SCATH centre is registered with the Ministry of Education, Kenya.
